Abstract Educational recommender systems offer benefits for workplace learning by tailoring the selection of activities to individual’s goals. However, existing focus on learner as primary stakeholder processes and do not consider organization’s perspective. We conducted a systematic review develop categorization goals multi-stakeholder systems.
